AirLifeLine is a company that provides free air transportation up to a distance of 1000 nautical miles. They require the patient to be mobile enough to enter and disembark the aircraft on their own. They confirm whether or not the patient is really financially not fit to bear the paid transport service. The patient also needs to be in a condition stable enough to fly in a non-pressurized plane, without any medical support or medical personnel to attend to them.

Miracle Flights for Kids is an organization, which caters to the needs of children only. They organize flights by volunteer pilots for critically ill children. These children do not otherwise have the means to get to the treatment they need.
The only drawback with these services is that since these transport services are free, the service provided may not be very plush. They have to cut corners in the amenities being provided on flight to be able to continue and persist in their charitable endeavor.
